Our trademark mead is made with honey, water, yeast, and a ton of tender-loving care.  We use a very light honey – either fireweed, mountain wildflower, or blackberry – and let it finish semi-dry.  It’s rich and aromatic, with a pleasing honey finish.  13% ABV.  $12.99 per 750 ml bottle.

A blend of our mead and a blueberry wine made from blueberries grown in Whatcom County.  It's rich, nutty, fruity and comes closest to resembling a traditional red wine.
