Tanya Gallagher and Sarah Goodin

Washington native, Sarah Goodin, has been singing since she was a little girl. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Neko Case, M. Ward, Tom Waits, and Nina Simone she picked up guitar at the age of 21 and started writing songs.

Singer-songwriter Tanya Gallagher was born and raised near the Florida-Alabama line. She spent her formative years along the Gulf Coast studying environmental science and working odd jobs whilst fine-tuning her songwriting skills. With her calming voice, an acoustic guitar, and a gift for crafting tender, thoughtful folk songs, Gallagher uprooted and moved to Vancouver, BC in the fall of 2013 to pursue a PhD in Landscape Ecology and continue songwriting.
